FRIDAY, October 5th – VOLLEYBALL/GAME NIGHT, 7-10:30 PM $4 members/$7 non-members. Courage Center (3915 Golden Valley Rd) is 0.8 miles east of Hwy 100/Duluth St exit in the SE corner of Hidden Lakes Pkwy and Golden Valley Rd (signal light). Duluth becomes Golden Valley Rd east of Hwy 100. On Hidden Lakes, turn at first left, then left to Main Entrance (north lot). SCF is straight through the main entrance. Afterward, we will go to Applebee’s, 4203 Winnetka Ave, New Hope (hosted by Al Ackley)
SATURDAY, October 6th – DINNER AND MOVIE IN HOPKINS – (Mann Theater, 1118 Main St.) meet at Thirty Bales (note: new name and menu, formerly Big Ten), next door to the theater at 5 PM followed by a movie of your choice, hosted by Joan Perry. Following movies, we meet at Wendy’s for ice cream (303 11th Ave, Hopkins).

FRIDAY, October 12th – FALL KICKOFF MONTHLY SOCIAL – AT THE COURAGE CENTER (see Sept 1st). Pizza served at 6:15 followed by the music of the Fridley Old Time Band. Volleyball will follow after. There will be a freewill offering taken for the band.
SATURDAY, October 13th – DINNER AT TGI FRIDAYS BURNSVILLE, 5 PM: Great menu. Join Fridays Rewards: get free chips & salsa + earn free steak dinner. DIRECTIONS: Take 35W south to Cty Rd 42; go straight onto Buck Hill Rd. Restaurant is on your right (southeast end of Burnsville Ctr parking lot). SATURDAY, October 27th – HAUNTED HALLOWEEN HOUSE PARTY AND POTLUCK, 6 PM until the last goblin is slain. Partake in the Halloween festivities at the home of Pat G., Shoreview. Bring your musical talent and instruments to join in a Halloween jam session. Wear your best costume if you wish to be seen by many, known by few. We’ll sit around the bonfire weather permitting.
