FRIDAY, JUNE 9TH 6:00pm to 10:00pm MONTHLY SOCIAL/PICNIC Where: Veterans Park – 6335 Portland Ave, Richfield. Come join us for food, fun & fellowship at Veterans Park in Richfield. A potluck kicks off the festivities at the pavilion with cards & games to follow. The pavilion has electricity for your crock pots and other electrical devices. The cost is free and plates & cutlery will be provided. The park also offers walking trails, playground, a malt shop, a volleyball court and for a nominal extra fee, mini‐golf and swimming.
SATURDAY, JUNE 10TH BIKE RIDE. 5PM Lets meet in Wayzata Beach in Shaver Park. Turn south at Grove LN E. on Lake St, right after the tracks. READ THE SIGNS FOR POSSIBLE PARKING CHANGES. May have to park nearby. We will bike the Dakota Trail to Minnetonka Drive In located in Spring Park, for eats and then bike back. After we’ll see what we all want to do. Host Gordon M. Be early for 10:20am departure in Excelsior, east end of Water Street. at docks (go to steamboatminnehaha,org for more details). Have lunch & shopping in Wayzata for 1 1/2 hours with coupon book. re-board at 1:10 pm back to Excelsior at 2:20pm. $15 adult, 4-12 years $5. 3 & under free. Buy tickets online or at dock. Time for ice cream, & shopping in Excelsior. Then we can go to Davanni’s anytime from 4pm to close, 15200 Hwy. 7, Mtka. Dinner & bring your favorite games.
